1. - Responsibilities:
ExplorePartners in Venezuela we have full responsibility for all contracts and agreements including correspondence through email, online bookings, online payments, offering their clients with their various programs and services.
ExplorePartners in Venezuela we are not responsible for acts of God, force majeure or any other damage to the company including accidents caused by the outsourcing of other services and / or delays of flights and connections of any commercial air travel or other means.
In case of problems with their service or general problems with a service provided by us: ExplorePartners in Venezuela are going to replace with another Lodge of equal quality and price or in the worst case Posada offer another in a different period . In case of serious problems in Venezuela Travel ExplorePartners return the 95% deposit for that service.
2. - Documentation:
