Invialta clarifies that path is restricted to Choroni
Manager of Roads Invialta engineer Walter Welch explained that the road is restricted but not closed.
Is not closed the road from Maracay to Choroni, restricted only by the passage of paving work
at Kilometer 12, where a rock fell about a year ago.
It did so knowing the engineer Walter Welch, director of the Institute of Road Transport of Aragua state, who added that the works are to replace the slab floor in one of the channels, and once acquired resistance of concrete required, proceed to emptying of another channel.
Welch explained that the engineer estimated that the duration of this work was extended by about 5 days, although he clarified that the full completion will depend on weather conditions.
It also called on people to use the road with patience and caution.
